Above tools are in operation for many years in number of prominent plants, positively raising the standard of quality, reducing tool costs and increasing production.

CARBIDE TIPS BRAZED ON TOUGHEN ALLOY STEEL BODIES WITH HARDNESS ~ 30 ± 5 HRc

We are manufacturing carbide tipped Side & Face Cutters in following types :-

• Side & Face cutters in straight flutes.
• Side & Face cutters in helical flutes either Left Hand or Right Hand Helix.
• Side & Face cutters with staggered teeth having alternate left & right cutting edges.
• Gang Milling Cutters for step milling operations.
• Side & Face Cutters are manufactured as Per IS or DIN standard.
• All non standard cutters as per customers drawings.

They have cutting edges on periphery & sides. These cutters are used for deep slotting operation on ferrous & non ferrous materials.
