This part contains verity of carbide tipped Reamers manufactured at J. N. TOOLS. Our reamers have been in operation for many years in number of prominent plants, positively raising the standards of quality, reducing tool costs & increasing production. Flutes are polished to permit high volume chip load.

CARBIDE TIPS BRAZED ON CASE CARBURISED ALLOY STEEL BODIES WITH GUIDE BODY HARDNESS ~ 58 ± 2 HRc or TOUGHEN ALLOY STEEL BODIES WITH HARDNESS ~ 30 ± 5 HRc
